People call me Sunny because I’ve got a contagious, positive, high vibe energy - BUT, it wasn’t always that way…

I went on a spiritual journey when I got sick and tired of feeling sick and tired.

I was absolutely fed up with the negative, self sabotaging voices in my head.

I didn’t know how to handle the roller coaster emotions, so I did what was easiest -I shoved them under the rug hoping they would just go away.

The trauma I was holding onto from years of self hatred energy completely dulled my shine and ruined my confidence.

The little angel on one shoulder wanted me to chase my dreams.

But that little devil made me feel unaccomplished, useless & small.

I was my own worst critic & ready to spend every last penny to shift the way I woke up feeling every day.

It wasn't until I realized that MY OWN HAPPINESS was no longer my top priority- that I knew something NEEDED to change.

I had to learn the hard way that NOTHING (and trust me I tried everything) ...NOTHING EXTERNAL COULD HEAL THE WAY I FELT WITHIN

No relationship, no food, no quick fix buzz. Numbing & distracting was my go-to strategy and it was just no longer cutting it. 

It was clear that I needed to face my truth & heal my past the right way.

So I did. I changed my entire life around and SO CAN YOU.
