The Biggest Problems:

☀ Podcasts, Youtube, Audiobooks create a great source of motivation, vision, knowledge & inspiration, but they don’t always provide clear actionable steps to be held accountable for. The motivation lasts for a litte, but doesn’t feel permanent, causing people to feel like they’re on an emotional rollercoaster when it comes to personal development, spiritual growth & MAKING MONEY.

☀ When we really only know ourselves surface level, we can’t always pinpoint what’s holding us back. It’s not clear which can cause a ton of frustration. It’s like your nose is up against a painting at a museum, so zoomed in on your own life that it can feel hard to see the big picture.

☀ The idea of ‘healing’ and ‘releasing trauma’ isn’t something that’s taught to us. It takes our own initiative to go down this path & because it’s not always the most ‘fun’ experience, it’s really easy to push on the back burning - turning into ‘one day’ versus ‘DAY ONE’ of a new & improved intentional lifestyle.

Eventually these people get incredibly frustrated, losing sight of their dreams & continue to live life on autopilot. They allow the silly outdated stories to take over the mind and wreak havoc on innate self worth & happiness. The truth is, it doesn’t have to be like that any longer, I promise!!!
